1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LaunchPad (“Platform”), operated by IDEANEST GLOBAL VENTURES (“LaunchPad”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, using an eligibility feature, submitting information, purchasing a service, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. About LaunchPad

LaunchPad is an independent startup opportunity-discovery platform that brings together information about grants, government schemes, CSR funding, accelerators, incubators, competitions, and other startup opportunities. The Platform may also provide or facilitate access to business support services such as startup registration, funding assistance, company registration, ISO certification support, trademark/legal support, website and branding services, and digital marketing services, where offered.

LaunchPad does not itself become the grantor, investor, government department, accelerator, incubator, competition organiser, or funding body merely because an opportunity is listed on the Platform.

3. User Accounts

Certain features may require registration. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details reasonably up to date.

• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• Do not share your password or knowingly allow unauthorised access.
• Do not create accounts using false identities or another person's information without authorisation.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or violation of these Terms.

4. Grants, Schemes and Opportunity Listings

We aim to organise useful opportunity information, but listings may be sourced from public websites, official announcements, partner information, or other available sources. Funding amounts, deadlines, eligibility requirements, application processes, selection criteria, and programme availability can change without notice.

You must verify the latest information with the official programme or funding organisation before applying.

We do not guarantee that any opportunity will remain open, that you will be eligible, that your application will be accepted, or that you will receive funding or any other benefit.

5. Eligibility and Matching Features

Eligibility or matching features are intended to help users identify potentially relevant opportunities based on information supplied by the user and rules or information available to the Platform.

Such results are informational and are not a legal, financial, investment, government, tax, accounting, or official programme determination. The relevant opportunity provider has final authority over eligibility and selection.

6. Business Support Services

Where LaunchPad or IDEANEST GLOBAL VENTURES offers business support services, the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, documents required, and other service-specific conditions may be communicated through the relevant service page, quotation, invoice, order confirmation, proposal, engagement document, or other written communication.

Submitting a request does not automatically mean that a service contract has been accepted. We may request additional information or documents before starting work.

Third-party approvals, government registrations, certifications, trademarks, funding decisions, banking decisions, or other outcomes are controlled by the relevant authority or organisation and cannot be guaranteed by us.

7. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Where a paid service is offered, applicable fees and payment terms will be communicated before or at the time of purchase/order confirmation. Taxes, government fees, filing fees, third-party charges, or other out-of-pocket expenses may apply where disclosed.

Refund eligibility, cancellation rights, and service-specific refund conditions may vary according to the particular service and will be governed by the applicable quotation, invoice, order terms, or refund policy communicated to you.

Government or third-party fees already paid on your behalf may be non-refundable where the relevant authority or provider does not refund them.

8. Information and Documents Provided by Users

You are responsible for ensuring that information and documents you provide are accurate, lawful, complete to the extent required, and belong to you or that you have permission to use and submit them.

You must not upload or submit content that is fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, malicious, misleading, or intended to impersonate another person or organisation.

We may rely on the information you provide when delivering a requested service. Delays or errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or late information may affect delivery timelines or outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

The LaunchPad name, logo, website design, interface, original text, graphics, software, layout, databases, and other original Platform materials are owned by or licensed to IDEANEST GLOBAL VENTURES unless stated otherwise.

You may use the Platform for lawful personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, sell, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit substantial parts of the Platform without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party names, logos, programme descriptions, trademarks, and materials belong to their respective owners.

10. Prohibited Use

You must not use LaunchPad to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonate a person, company, government body, or organisation.
• Submit fraudulent applications or deliberately misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, databases, servers, or other systems.
• Introduce malware, harmful code, or disruptive activity.
• Scrape or systematically reproduce Platform data in a manner that harms or bypasses our systems.
• Use the Platform to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of another person.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Platform may link to official programme pages, government portals, incubators, accelerators, payment providers, service partners, or other third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms.

Your dealings with a third party are between you and that third party unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform and opportunity information are provided on an “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain useful and current information, but we do not warrant that the Platform or every listing will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Nothing on LaunchPad should be treated as a promise of funding, investment, government approval, certification, registration, legal outcome, tax outcome, or business success.

Information on grants, funding, investments, and business opportunities is not financial or investment advice. You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IDEANEST GLOBAL VENTURES will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, third-party websites, third-party opportunity decisions, missed deadlines, rejected applications, funding decisions, or reliance on information that later changes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform or users, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute provisions, and payment obligations, may continue to apply.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory consumer and other rights that may apply to you under applicable law.

Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties should make a reasonable effort to resolve a dispute through written communication. Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory right or remedy available under applicable law.
